unasseruola,portare ad ebollizione ed unire la gelatina precedentemente reidratata e fate sciogliere per bene fuori dal fuoco.Nel frattempo che si intiepidisce preparare la meringa impegnato,per quanto riguarda il cassis non è facilmente sostituibile,al massimo potrei consigliarti d'abbinarci una mousse al lime (che se non trovi puoi sostituire con del limone anche se non è proprio la stessa cosa) che si abbina molto bene con la mousse alle fragoline.&lt;BR/&gt;Fammi sapere se ti garba ti scrivo la ricetta.</content><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml'
